Delivery.
Our aim is to offer free delivery within the greater metropolitan area of Adelaide. Other customer's goods will be delivered to a nominated carrier, or if possible we will arrange courier pickup (your cost) from our warehouse. With the many rising costs involved with delivery we would appreciate orders over $150 to cover the cost of delivery. Orders to be delivered under $150 will be charged $15 delivery and handling
Payment.
Payment is due on receipt of goods, we also offer Credit Card payment prior to delivery or by telephone on the day of delivery.(Credit cards services available include—VISA & MASTERCARD). There is also the facility to direct debit to our bank account (please ask for details). For customers collecting goods we also have EFTPOS facilities on site.
GST.
All invoices and sales receipts include GST. The details are clearly itemised on the paperwork. The prices quoted on this Website do NOT include GST.
Product Information.
The information listed is a guide only. In endeavouring to provide a comprehensive list, there are many opportunities for error. We have tried our best and will rectify issues in future editions. It is therefore imperative that you check labels and other product information before either purchasing or using the goods.
Pricing.
You may understand with a website this size there will be many changes. Some suppliers do not always inform us of price changes until after we order the goods. Many of the prices listed are based on the most recent purchase price. There are also daily price fluctuations. Some items upon request may have bulk discounts available.
Nursery Industry Levy
The Nursery and Garden Industry of Australia collects through the Government Levies department a 5% levy on containers that are used for the production of plants for resale. This levy is applied to all containers that are filled with soil (potting media) and the plant is grown for resale. The reach of this levy is quite extensive and as such the levy will be listed as a seperate item on the invoice. Please note the prices listed on this website do not include the Nursery Industry Levy. There is no GST applied to this levy.
Availability.
It would be impossible to keep all the listed items in stock at all times. We keep many fast moving lines in stock, however many of the goods are purchased only as ordered. Most items can be obtained within a few days, or slightly longer if they require to come from interstate. With many suppliers we can normally source the product you need reasonably quickly. If collecting goods please ring before to check that the items are in stock and available.
