Product Description

Initiator Tablets
Pack size 750gm - 300 tablets
For use in the protection against insect damage and to provide enhanced growth in Eucalyptus trees, Roses, Azaleas, Lillypillies, Palms and Magnolias.

Initiator tablets will control or significantly reduce damage caused by insects (described below) that attack containerised, newly planted and established plants.
Through insect protection and fertiliser effects the tablet has been shown to improve survival and growth rates of newly established seedlings, containerized trees and shrubs, and newly planted or established ornamental plants.

How to Prepare

Roses, Azaleas, Lillypillies, Potted palms, Magnolias;

Transplanted stock:
Place tablet(s) in planting hole, immediately beneath root ball, at time of planting

Established in-ground or potted plants:
Create a hole in the soil approximately 5 cm deep, as close to the absorptive roots as possible (at least 10 cm away from stem of plant).
Place tablet in hole and ensure tablet is completely covered with soil after placement.
In plants greater than 1 m in height, where multiple tablets are required, space out the tablets

Eucalypt trees;
Transplanted seedling stock:
Place tablet in planting hole, immediately beneath or adjacent to root ball, at time of planting

Directions for use

For Roses, Azaleas, Lillypillies, Potted Palms & Magnolias use 1 tablet per metre of plant height

Eucalypt trees use 1 tablet per seedling tree

Initiator tablets are formulated to release active ingredient slowly. Release of active ingredient is dependent on presence of adequate soil moisture. For best results, irrigate the plant after treatment, and ensure that the plant receives regular irrigation for at least 2-3 months after treatment.

PRODUCTION AND LANDSCAPE ORNAMENTALS
Initiator tablets can be used as directed on the plant species described above in areas such as production and retail nurseries, home gardens and residential complexes; business, office and shopping complexes; golf courses, airports, cemeteries, parks, playgrounds, athletic fields, and other landscaped recreational areas.
