Directions for use

Do not water treated plants or apply if rain is expected within 6 hours (see Kanolacide Organic wetter to reduce this time)
Do not disturb treated weeds for 7 days after treatment. After 7 days weeds may be removed and the area re-planted (this allows the chemical to move into the roots)
Do not apply to plants suffering stress (if dusty or stressed due to lack of water, water the weeds prior to spraying)

Weeds controlled/Rates
Grass and broadleaf weeds including: Amaranth, Barley Grass, Barnyard Grass, Caltrop, Capeweed, Cobblers Peg, Fumitory, Paterson's Curse (Salvation Jane), Pigweed, Potato Weed, Ryegrass, Sub Clover. Sow Thistle, Spiny Emex, Wild Oat, Winter Grass. Use 10ml per 1 litre of water.

Perennial weeds including Bamboo, Carpet Grass, Couch Grass, Dock, Johnson Grass, Kikuyu, Love Grass, Nutgrass, Onion Weed, Pampas Grass, Paragrass, Paspalum, Soursob. Use 10-15ml per 1 litre of water

Brush and Woody Weeds: Bitou Brush / Boneseed. Use 5-10ml per 1 lire of water

Mistflower, Crofton Weed. Use 5ml per 1 litre of water.

Blackberry, Boxthorn, Groundsel, Lantana, Sweet Briar. Use 15ml per 1 litre of water.

Notes on how to apply for weeds above
Apply to actively growing weeds. For best results apply to perennial weeds after flowering. Apply to woody weeds from flowering to leaf fall (January to May). Apply to thoroughly wet the leaves but do not cause run off.
For brush and woody weeds it is recommended to add a non-ionic surfactant.
Where 2 rates are given use the higher rate for larger plants.

Bamboo and unwanted trees (Cut-stump application) Use one part KnockOut plus 6 parts water.

Apply when plants are actively growing. Cut the tree close to the ground and immediately wet the surface using the prepared solution by either spray, swab or paint brush.
Bamboo: Cut back to 20cm, pour the mixture down the hollow stem or wet the cut surface with the solution

Unwanted trees (Stem Injection). Use undiluted.

apply when plants are actively growing. Make cuts or drill holes around the stem to penetrate the sap wood at 45 degree angle every 10cm around the trunk. Inject 1ml into each hole or cut.

Apply to actively growing weeds. For best results apply to perennial weeds after flowering. Apply to woody weeds from flowering to leaf fall (January - May). Ensure wick is wet. Wipe as many leaves as possible
