Plain closed bottom sleeve (clear)

These closed base sleeves have many application where plants or flowers are packed with the base sealed to stop water dripping out. The sleeves are measured first by length from top of the sleeve to the bottom (often including the tear off strip at the top), the width (second measurement) is the top of the tear off strip and the third measurement is the width at the base of the sleeve.
